Placing Orders

You may place your orders electronically via our website, or call and place your order by telephone at (212) 951-7269 . Be sure that you have your ordering information available. If you are in New York City and would like to purchase an item directly from our showroom and view our entire collection, please contact us to schedule an appointment..

Payment Options

Emre New York accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our secure on-line webstore. Please note that your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped.

Alternatively, you may call and place your order with us by telephone at (212)
951-7269 . We also accept payment by check for orders placed by telephone or e-mail on a proforma basis (i.e.- we will process your order once your check is received and has cleared our bank). All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. currency.

Charge backs are not accepted once you place the order. Please read the product information carefully and view the images carefully. We are so confident with ourroducts and you will fall in love with any EMRE NY design once you purchase according to what you viewed and selected.

In the case of items in the highest demand, it may be necessary for Emre New York to offer to place you on a "Waiting List". Wait listed items require a 50% deposit or a full payment to secure your order.

Sales Tax

Emre New York is required to collect 8.625% sales tax for "ship to" addresses in New York state.

Shipping

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery of items in stock. If not in stock 4-6 weeks. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days, and you will be given the option to cancel your order. Items are not charged to your credit card until they are shipped. International orders will require additional shipping charges quoted via e-mail. Overnight Orders MUST Be Received Before 12:00 Noon EST for Same Day Shipping.

Returns

If you have an item that you wish to return for another item, simply return the item to us with the packing slip for a refund and then visit our website to purchase the new item that you want. Please note that it takes 10-14 days from receipt of your return to process your refund. Emre New York does not honor full refunds, only exchanges on unused merchandised returned within thirty days of receipt.

Items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging and carton. For your protection, we encourage you to send your return item via UPS or by US Mail. Please insure the package for full value and retain all your postal and insurance receipts.

We will refund the shipping cost if your item is the result of an incorrect shipment by Emre New York, or a damaged or defective product

There will be no refunds in any case but exchange is possible Items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging and carton.

TERMS OF SALE- WHOLESALE

• All Orders must be paid, at the time of ordering, by Credit Card; MC, Visa, Amex , or (Proforma) by certified or Company Check. For Proforma payments we wait until check is cleared. From overseas we accept wire transfers, stores are responsible for bank fee charges $25. Min is 7 pcs any style any color if products available in stock. If not 17 pcs min any style any color.
  
  
• Since we opened our private factory and due to the demand for private labels ; we can't keep stock for stores. We don't do drop shipments as well. We offer every high end store - a fresh production with exclusivity. Our factory operates seasonal. Do not wait until last minute for holiday orders. We manufacture fall orders in July for September-October delivery.
  
  
• For exclusive products we require 50% deposit, or full payment up front, or balance 50% is charged prior to shipping. For exclusive orders minimum is 40 pcs per style any color.
  
  
• Emre New York is capable of doing exclusive orders in terms of colors/ styles/ size, under private label. Please visit the Private factory page for more information on private label and understand the quality of our productions.
  
  
• Regular delivery time is 8-10 weeks. If available in stock 3-5 business days.
  
  
• Cancellations are not accepted after placing orders. Charge backs are not accepted.
  
  
• No mark-down allowances or discounts given.
  
  
• Customers shall be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for their respective order.Emre New York is not responsible for any damages or lost during shipment. We include insurance to every shipment. Shipment company is responsible. Check your shipment as soon as it arrives and in case of any loss or damage do not throw boxes for a possible UPS inspection. Call our showroom to inform loss or damage on time so we can call UPS for an inspection and reimbursement. EMRE NY is not responsible for reimbursements.
  
  
• We give special discount per order; If customer guarantees that they will only carry Emre New York in their store.
  
  
• All damages must be informed in 7 days of arrival. Please check the shipment as soon as it arrives . We stand behind our products and on your side and replace if there is a production mistake.
  
  
• A $35 fee will be added for returned checks.
  
  
• We strictly charge 18% apr per week for late payments.
  
  
• All goods remain property of Emre New York until payment is made in full.
  
  
• Illegal reproduction of our products without our permission constitutes a violation of trademark.
  
  
• By ordering on and off line , the customer agrees to abide the terms of Emre New York set forth above.
